Third transnational meeting

On 11 and 12.12.2025, the third transnational meeting of the project partners was held in Aleksandrovac: Association of Secondary Schools in the Field of Agriculture, Production and Food Processing, Republic of Serbia and Association of Secondary Schools Terra Fiton Animal, Republic of North Macedonia. The meeting was hosted by the Association of Secondary Schools in the Field of Agriculture, Production and Food Processing.

At the meeting, the partners discussed the activities that have been carried out so far, their implementation, as well as the activities that await us in the coming period, given that the implementation of the project is nearing completion.

All project activities, achieved results, challenges we faced, innovative content that emerged, as well as the administrative and financial side of the project were reviewed in detail.

The results of Activity 2 – Improving the skills of educators in vocational education through project-based learning methodologies were presented.

Activities 2.2 – Creating a short training program for project-based learning – modular development for educators in secondary vocational education and 2.3 – Training teachers for project-based learning – development of practical skills were discussed in detail.

Also, the preparatory tasks for Activity 3 – Improving agricultural education through innovative student-led projects were reviewed. 3.2 – Review of activities related to the development of student projects and 3.3 – Review of activities related to the presentation of projects at a transnational event.

The meeting ended with a discussion on the documentation required for reporting, monitoring the project and assessing activities and results.

An evaluation plan was created and activities within that plan were identified.

Dissemination will be carried out in several ways – through the website that has been created, on social networks, through a visual identity and logo that has been created specifically for this project.
