Creating a Short PBL Training Program
In the period August-September 2025, teams of teachers from Serbia and Macedonia worked to develop a short PBL training program based on the research findings.
A short PBL training program was created. The program is modularly designed, targeted, impactful, dedicated to instilling the core principles of PBL among VET educators, with a focus on agricultural applications.
The modular training framework covers key PBL principles, from project design and execution to assessment and student feedback. This program, built on the insights from the initial meeting, will serve as a cornerstone for training educators, ensuring that they have the tools to foster engaging, real-world learning experiences.
This program will serve as a replicable model that can be adopted and adapted by other educators and institutions that aim to implement PBL in their curricula.
Working materials have also been developed within the framework of this activity. These materials are a good tool that can help teachers in the implementation of teaching not only for this curriculum, but also for other curricula that include sustainable agricultural practices, precision agriculture, organic agriculture, renewable energy sources in agriculture and the integration of digital technologies.
